Hike Big Basin: Redwoods and Waterfall Hike
September 25

This a beautiful, moderate 10.2-mile hike that is sure to leave you satisfied. Many hiking books rate this as the #1 hike in the Bay Area.

The Outdoor Adventure Club has planned a great hike in the woods with some fun people! This loop hike will begin in Big Basin State Park amid giant redwoods. Hike along ferns and a creek as you drop down to Berry Creek Falls, a 70-foot waterfall framed with ferns and redwoods. After a tasty lunch at the falls served by your guide, we'll begin an aerobic hike back up, passing more waterfalls and beautiful views in the scenic Santa Cruz mountains.

Our hike will begin at 10:00am SHARP, and we'll be wrapped up by mid afternoon.

After the hike, we can all hang out in Boulder Creek to cap off the day.
