Here are the positions we are currently looking to fill:

Multi-Sport Guide

Office Manager or Administrative Assistant

Multi-Sport Guide

2-3 days/week (Friday- Sunday), Seasonal, now through September or October, possibly leading to permanent employment. Additional hours/days are available to fill administrative roles, as well.

The position involves prepping for and executing excellent outdoor adventures, primarily for adults. You should love the outdoors and love sharing outdoor experiences with others.

The ideal candidate possesses a valid WFR, as well as AMGA Top Rope Site Manager or Single Pitch Instructor certification, has excellent people skills, and has leadership experience in at least two of the following areas:

Rock Climbing

Backpacking

Hiking

Mountain biking

Back country skiing/snowboarding

Sea kayaking

Being able to cook in the woods is a big plus!

Candidates with an abundance of personal experience in the outdoors but no training or certifications are encouraged to apply as well. There are opportunities for "guides in training" to build leadership experience through thre Outdoor Adventure Club.

Office Manager or Administrative Assistant

3-5 days/week (24-40 hours) seasonal, possibly leading to permanent employment.

In brief, the position entails managing the administrative aspect of the business. You will need to perform a variety of tasks, including taking and confirming reservations, billing, client communications, basic website updates, and some marketing work. 

This is an administrative position, but you can have the opportunity to build outdoor leadership experience if you wish. It's the Outdoor Adventure Club, so you'd also have great opportunities to get outside and have fun!

The Outdoor Adventure Club is a small operation, so you should be prepared for a variety of tasks and challenges.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

An understanding of excellent customer service

Strong computer skills, ideally with Macs

Great organizational skills

Great communication skills

Flexibility and a willingness to work on multiple projects, spanning a variety of tasks

An ability to work without constant supervision.
