Wild Whiskey Whitewater Rafting-American River, South ForkJuly 10-11, 2010
Cascading down the western slope of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in Gold Rush Country is the scenic South Fork of the American River. Just a short drive from Sacramento, the South Fork offers exhilarating rapids and a great deal of fun and enjoyment!
The South Fork of the American is located near the town of Coloma, north of Placerville, and East of Sacramento off Hwy 50. Plan to arrive on Saturday morning by 8:00 a.m.
The Outdoor Adventure Club always uses professional guides for our rafting trips to maximize the safety for everyone. You may see similar trips offered for less money, but those trips generally don't use professional guides and may take on undue risk. Where is this trip?Here's a Google Map to the general area
