OAC Ski House: Season Pass and "Five Pack"

If you like to ski or snowboard, and you want to come to Tahoe often, we have three deals for you! With our Season Pass, you can stay in our ski house every weekend* of the ski season for as little as $65/weekend... and that includes your food, too! If you don't come to Tahoe every weekend, you can get our "five pack", providing you with one weekend in the Tahoe house each month. Or if you prefer to only ski weekdays, we are now offering a new Mid-Week pass (cannot be combined with any other pass option). Whether you come to Tahoe once a month, or every weekend, we've got you covered!

 

Here are the details of our pass deals:

 

Season Pass: (6 are available) - SOLD OUT!

The Season Pass for the cabin gives you 19 weekends* of skiing and snowboarding!! Get the pass and you'll be set for the whole season. Weekends are two nights stay - Friday and Saturday. Arrive Friday during the day, spend the weeeknd in Tahoe and return on Sunday.

 

Pricing for the Season Pass:

OAC Members: $1,250 - includes food!

Non-members: $1,350 - includes food!

 

The Five Pack: (5 are available) - SOLD OUT!

The Five Pack provides one weekend* in the house each month. You save big by prepaying for your season, and it might even help you get to Tahoe more this season! Like the Season Pass above, weekends are Friday and Saturday eveings.

 

Pricing for the Five Pack:

OAC Members: $550 - includes food!

Non-members: $650 - includes food!

 

Mid-Week Season Pass

This year we are also offering a Mid-Week Season pass for those who work weekend and/or can only ski/board during the week. This pass allows you to stay in the cabin Sunday through Thursday eveings, with the exception of Holiday blackout dates*. Although meals are not included with the Mid-Week pass, we still provide clean beds, linens and a great location! You are also welcome to bring your own food and have full access to the kitchen to prepare your own meals.

 

Pricing for the Mid-Week Season Pass:

OAC Members: $550 - does not include food.

Non-members: $650 - does note include food.

 

 

The details and "fine print"

• Blackout Dates: All weekend passes are blacked out on Christmas Weekend, New Year's Eve Weekend and on Presidents Weekend. You can still come to the house, and you'll get a deal. You'll only pay 50% of the regular price for the weekend if you come on these holiday weekends, on a space available basis.
• The mid-week season pass is blacked out on Christmas, New Years Day, the Sunday of President's Weekend.
• Five Pack Details: The Five Pack is good for one weekend per month, December through April, with the same blackouts weekend listed for the Season Pass. Unused weekends don't carryover to the next month, so you must use one per month in order to not lose a weekend.
• The Weekend Season Pass, Five Pack and Mid-week Pass fees are non-refundable once you sign up, and non-transferable.
• The Weekend Season Pass or Five pack cannot be combined with a Mid-Week season pass.
• With the passes, you still need to register for the weekends/days you want to come to Tahoe, using the Outdoor Adventure Club Adventure Calendar for weekends and sending us an email for mid-week dates. We try really hard to let passholders know when weekends are filling up, but we can't guarantee you'll have a spot if you sign up at the last minute.
• You are welcome to bring guests, but your guests pay the normal published weekend package rates. It's also possible to stay in the house midweek on an a la carte basis. It does cost a lot to heat up the house, so we we have to charge a supplemental fee of $30 per night (yes, the gas does cost that much up there!) Again, this must be reserved in advance. Guests will be welcome mid-week to come with you.... the fee will be $30 per person per night for mid-week.

We'll be opening the house from December through April of the 2011-2012 season for everyone to enjoy. Skiers, boarders, cross country skiers, snowshoers can all come up to the house and have a great time, meeting and playing with friends new and old.
